What this website does not collect

The website uses no cookies and no advertising tools, runs no analytics script on its pages, and does not track visitors’ behaviour. Fonts, images and scripts are served only from this website, not from third parties.

The contact form sends nothing to a server. It only opens a drafted message in your own e-mail program; whether you send it is up to you.

Server logs

The hosting provider WebSupport s.r.o. automatically logs the IP address, time, requested page and browser type of each visit. The logs keep the service running, protect it against misuse and give aggregate visitor statistics (number of visits, pages viewed, countries) seen only by the website operator. No script runs on the pages for these statistics and nothing is stored on your device. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The provider keeps logs only as long as needed for these purposes and then deletes them.

When you write to us

If you send us an e-mail, we process the data you include (typically your name, e-mail address, organisation and the content of the message) solely to deal with your message. The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in replying under Art. 6(1)(f).

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it. If a contractual relationship follows, we keep it for as long as the law requires.

Recipients

We do not disclose personal data to third parties. The only party that handles it technically is WebSupport s.r.o., which provides both our hosting and our e-mail, acting as processor. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to info [at] alfagroup.eu.
