A holding that owns — and projects that act

The role of ALFA GROUP SR is to hold. The holding brings together shareholdings in the group's companies, real property and movable assets, technical equipment, software licences, intellectual property rights and domain portfolios. It is where value is held, consolidated and passed on.

It does not trade itself — commercial activity is carried out exclusively by the project companies. That separation is not an administrative detail but a founding decision about how the group is built. It protects the assets, keeps the holding clear of operational risk, and allows the group to enter projects with partners without the risk of one project reaching the whole.

The consequence is simple: every project has its own structure, its own circle of participants and its own horizon. When the project closes, the structure closes with it. The group keeps what holds its value.

Four principles that hold without exception

The group has spent more than two decades in environments where discretion is a condition of entry, not an added service. These four principles are why it is still there.

Asset protection

Assets and shareholdings are kept apart from operational risk. As a matter of principle, the holding does not enter into obligations that could expose the group as a whole. Where other groups deal with consequences, this one deals with the structure beforehand — which is why the consequences rarely arrive.

Project SPVs

Every project is carried by a separate special-purpose vehicle with its own capital structure, a defined scope and a defined circle of partners. Anyone entering a project knows from the outset what they own, what they answer for and how they leave.

Confidentiality

A significant part of the group's work is governed by confidentiality agreements. What is confidential stays confidential — no exceptions, no expiry date, and regardless of whether the engagement is still running. This website is therefore deliberately brief about what the group has actually done.

Continuity

Unchanged ownership and leadership since 2002. Not one public dispute and not one reputational incident in all that time. The partners the group worked with ten years ago are, as a rule, the partners it works with today.

Four kinds of counterparty

The group does not take orders; it takes briefs. Most engagements begin with a referral or a long-standing relationship — not with a tender.

Owners and family assets

Private owners who need to put their holdings in order, prepare for a partner to come in, or leave a participation in an orderly way.

Industrial and technology partners

Companies that have the technology or the capacity and are looking for the structure, the capital and the coordination to put it to work in the region.

Investors and capital groups

Partners entering specific projects through special-purpose vehicles, with the scope and the exit defined in advance.

Public administration and institutions

Advisory and project support where an intention has to be turned into something deliverable, and the process kept calm.

Working across sectors

The group works across industries that complement one another. It is the overlap between them — technology, energy, real estate, advisory — that tends to produce projects no single industry would have produced on its own.

Business Consulting & Services

Strategic advisory, transaction structuring, crisis and mediation support. The emphasis is on obstacles that have not yet become disputes.

Real Estate

Ownership, administration and development of real property — from holding and letting through to preparing and delivering projects.

Defense & Security

Advisory and project support in an environment with the highest demands on trust, vetting and the handling of information.

Information Technology

Software, automated data processing, digital and domain assets. Historically the group's first field of work.

Environmental Services

Waste management and recovery technologies — from preparing the scheme, through permitting, to the operating phase.

Renewable Energy

Renewable sources and energy projects, including their capital and partnership structuring.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and industrial automation — the technical grounding the group comes from.

Research & Development

Technology development and applied research, carried out within project platforms rather than offered as a service in its own right.

A conversation before a presentation

Engagements begin with a specific brief, not with a catalogue of services. If you are considering a project, a structure or a participation, let us start with a conversation.
