Before you write
Do you accept briefs from new counterparties?
Yes, although most engagements come from a referral or a long-standing relationship. What decides is the nature of the brief, not whether we already know one another.
Is there a minimum size of engagement?
The group sets no minimum, but it does not work by the hour or produce one-off opinions. A brief has to have a clearly stated objective and a horizon.
Do you take capital positions in projects?
In some cases, yes — through a special-purpose vehicle, with the terms of entry and exit agreed in advance. The form of participation is decided by the nature of the project, not as a general rule.
How do you treat confidentiality?
As a condition, not a formality. A confidentiality agreement is usually signed before the first substantive conversation, and it does not expire.
What languages can negotiations be held in?
Slovak, Czech, English, Polish and Russian. Ukrainian to a limited extent.
How long does a reply take?
To a message with substance, usually within two working days. If a brief is not right for the group, you will hear that just as quickly — and with the reason.
